Yes, someone picks up any time. How fast we can get there depends on where we are and what else is on, and we'll tell you that straight.
What should I do while I wait?
If it's safe, switch off at the switchboard. If wires are down, stay well clear and call Endeavour Energy on 131 003 as well. Don't touch anything that's sparking.
My power's out. Is it me or the network?
If your neighbours have power and you don't, it's likely on your side, so call us. If the whole street's out, it's the network, so check Endeavour Energy's outage map first.
