Level 2 Electrician for the Blue Mountains & Western Sydney

We're a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider on the Endeavour Energy network, based in Katoomba. We work on the parts a general electrician isn't allowed to touch: overhead and underground service mains, private poles, meters, and disconnecting and reconnecting your supply. Upfront price before any work starts.

The brief

When You Need a Level 2

If the job sits between the street and your meter, it's Level 2 work. A general electrician can't legally do it, and the network won't fix things on your side of the boundary. That's where we come in.

Your private pole is leaning, rotting or losing an argument with a gum tree.
You're upgrading the switchboard, going 3 phase or adding an EV charger, and the supply has to change.
You're building, renovating or knocking down, and the power needs disconnecting, moving or reconnecting.

How it runs

How a Level 2 Job Runs

Most Level 2 jobs touch the network, so there's paperwork on both sides of the work. We handle it, and we tell you up front what's needed from you.

We look at the job first, on site or from your photos, and check what the network needs.
You get an upfront price before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
We do the work, test it, and lodge the paperwork with the network when we're done.

What It Costs, Before We Start

Upfront Price before any work starts

A pole replacement isn't a meter swap, so we price your job, not a guess. You'll know the number before we pick up a tool.

What's the difference between a Level 2 and a regular electrician?

A general electrician works on everything after your meter. A Level 2 Accredited Service Provider is authorised to work on the supply side too: the mains, the pole, the meter and the connection to the network. We're both, so one call covers the lot.

Who's responsible for a private power pole?

If the pole's on your property, it's usually yours to look after, not the network's. If it's leaning, cracked or rotting at the base, get it checked before the next big storm checks it for you.

Can you disconnect and reconnect my power for a renovation?

Yes. Disconnects and reconnects are Level 2 work, which we do ourselves. Tell us your build dates and we'll plan around them.

Do you cover my area?

We're based in Katoomba and work across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Penrith and Western Sydney. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask.
