When should I get an electrician involved?
Before the walls close up, ideally at the planning stage. Moving a power point on paper costs nothing. Moving it after the plasterer's been costs a bit more.
Do I need a full rewire?
Not always. If the wiring's old, the switchboard has ceramic fuses or there's no safety switch, it's worth an inspection. We'll tell you straight whether it needs a rewire or just a few fixes.
Can you work with my builder?
Yes. We're used to working alongside builders and other trades, and we'll fit our work around the build program.
